- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Service sucks! I went in and made a deposit and the teller, Giovany, did not know what he was doing. I gave him my card and my ID and told him I wanted to deposit $300. He said I can't find your account. Then he said oh, I found it. I doubted his competence so I asked him to tell me how much was in the account. He told me $5,000. That was incorrect! But if I was dishonest I could have said oh, then I'd like to withdraw all of it and walked out. But I told him it wasn't my account so then he pulled up another account and it sounded like the right account so I deposited the $300. Two days later the $300 still hasn't reflected in my account! I call chase bank only to here a robot tell me to push this button and that button until I finally spoke to a human. The manager, Miguel, said sorry, we'll try to figure out what happened. I said don't try! Do it. Luckily I have my receipt from the transaction. Now I have to wait and see if they ever find where my $300 went! What crappy service.
