- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had the unfortunate need to deal with this bank twice. Both times it was a deposit for a non profit of over $2500 and both times the tellers were rude and actually disrespectful, Jennifer was the worst. They were compleatly unwilling to do even the easiest of tasks. I had my DL, was on the account and they would not even look up the account number forcing me to go back home to get it. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a terrible organization. This branch in particular. They only deposited 1/3 of my check then not even a week later after fixing that issue they put a block on my card for no reason with no way to get it working again without calling the back itself, which was closed. This was the 5th time it has happened too me and do nothing about it not even a courtesy call to even check if it's me. They have bad hours and horrible service.
